My father once told me:
“Life moves in 7-year cycles: the first 7 physical, the 7-14 vital, 14-21 mental, 21-28 spiritual"

That wisdom stayed with me-through motherhood, through illness, through the deep unraveling and re-weaving of self I experienced in the many years I spent studying yoga.

In Eastern traditions-and in astrology-these cycles are well known. The Saturn Return, for example, arrives around age 28–30, marking the end of one era and the conscious beginning of another. A time of deep alignment, redirection, and truth. That was when this journey truly began for me.

Every seven years, the body transforms. Hormones shift. Priorities evolve. And every 28 days, our skin renews itself-reminding us that transformation is happening even in the smallest layers.
